Even when we take safety precautions in our daily lives, emergencies can still happen. That’s why understanding basic First Aid is so important. Being prepared gives you the confidence to act quickly when someone needs help.

 

First Aid is the immediate care given to someone who is injured or suddenly ill before professional medical help arrives. This can include cleaning minor cuts and scrapes, treating burns, helping someone with heat stress, and more.

This course follows current nationally accepted guidelines and is designed to teach you practical First Aid skills. By the end of this training, you’ll be better prepared to recognize emergencies and make sound decisions when it matters most.
