Replacement cards can ONLY be ordered by those individuals who have completed American Health Care Academy's ONLINE CPR/AED or First Aid certification within the past 24 months.
American Health Care Academy will NOT refund replacement card orders for those individuals who have never taken an online course with American Health Care Academy. Remember a replacement card cannot be ordered if you have never received a certification card from us.
Each replacement card fee is $4.50.
